We have yet to begin crafting the exact legal language that will be necessary. This is intentional, it is meant to provide time to discuss the concepts within Freedom's Vision and allow flexibility so that as better or more complete ideas and concepts take form they can be incorporated BEFORE the language is crafted. This also allows the opportunity for "buy in" so that key supporters can have a say to the outcome. Of course any provision within Freedom's Vision must fit within the concepts and support the Mission Statement.
In general, it is our intent to replace the current Federal Reserve Act, as amended, with a new Act centered around the provisions of Freedom's Vision (tentatively call it the "Monetary Freedom Act" - open to suggestions). There are other laws affected and creating provisions that uphold the Constitution and will withstand judicial review are prime considerations. We wish to produce a professional quality legal document, people with experience and expertise in this field are needed!
